Craftline Grandfather Clock

Craftline Grandfather Clock - This is a traditional wooden Grandfather Clock, featuring a classic swan-neck pediment.  The clock face has an intricate ornate dial, decorative corner spandrels, Arabic numerals and an integrated moving moon phase disc near the top arch.  The polished brass lyre pendulum is flanked by three matching brass weight cylinders suspended from chains.  The wood & glass cabinet has a bonnet crown with a central finial ornament, and designed with fluted pilasters on either side of the front glass casing, accented with polished brass-finish capitals.

The inscription at the top of the face has the latin phrase "Tempus Fugit", meaning "Time Flies"

Timepieces with this particular styling are characteristic of renowned mid-to-late 20th Century.
